How it works

Two dignified memorial tributes — every photo restored first — delivered in 24 hours, with as little friction for you as possible. You handle the family; we handle the production. Your first tribute is on us — the steps below are the same for the first one and every order after.

  1. Intake — 10 minutes for you.

You collect 30–50 chronological photos from the family — the kind they'd put in a memory book, plus the snapshots in between. You send them to us with the deceased's name, dates, and a one-sentence dedication. No login. No account. Just an email or a short form. You can also tell us the family's music preference and the length they want (6–8 minutes is standard for in-service projection).

  2. Restore + produce — 24 hours, on us.

First we restore every photograph — upscaling, sharpening, color-correcting, and reconstructing faces degraded by age, low resolution, or a phone snapshot of a framed print. Then we build both formats from the restored set: a restored photo montage for the service, and a living-motion version where we add gentle, lifelike motion to each photograph — a soft breath, a held warmth. We never invent an expression or movement the photo didn't show. Slow crossfades between life stages, a piano-and-strings memorial bed, a title card and a dedication end card. Both are 16:9, sized for service-room TVs and projectors — the restored montage runs 5–6 minutes, the living-motion version 6–8. Every order also ships a 60–90 second 9:16 vertical sharing companion, built from the same photo set — included, no upcharge.

  3. Preview — your call, before the family ever sees it.

We deliver a private preview link — a password-protected download or an unlisted streaming page. You watch it. If anything needs to change, we revise within 48 hours at no additional charge. Most renders don't need revision. If the family doesn't like the final result, we refund the full amount and delete the file from our systems.

  4. Delivery — your file, your relationship.

You share the video with the family in whatever way works for your funeral home — a USB drive, a private link, an embed on your existing tribute page. You set the price that fits your service tiers (most funeral homes offer this to families at $249–$299). The family pays you, not us. We never contact them. No upsells. No email lists.
